It goes without saying that, for each event, Head Chef and his great team prepare specially developed and delightful menus to complement each individual theme, using fresh, seasonal and local food to emphasise the natural flavours of the primary ingredients to indulge the diners' taste-buds.

Row 11 Pinot Noir Dinner with Craig Boggs
Join us for our inaugural wine dinner with legendary winery Row 11 of California. Chef Sharkey has created the perfect pairings to showcase these wines. A white wine reception with passed canapés will lead to a three course integration of regional cuisine and beautiful Pinot Noirs. Event will be capped at 45 guests to ensure an intimate experience. 60 per person plus tax and gratuity
